The name Arcnode, the Arcnode logo, and all associated product names including ArcJournal and ArcTasks are trademarks of Stinoo Network. You may not use these names, marks, or logos without prior written permission.

Content you create within our applications — such as journal entries and task notes — remains your property. We do not claim ownership over it and do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the application to you.

6Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arcnode Network and Stinoo Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €10 (ten euros), whichever is greater.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract. Dutch law, EU consumer protection law, and equivalent national laws in your country may provide rights that apply to you regardless of these Terms.

7Termination

You may stop using our products at any time. To delete your account and all associated data from our servers, contact us at info@stinoo.dev.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products and services where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will provide notice of such action where reasonably practicable.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence.

9Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products change or when required by law. We will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice in the relevant application or on our website before the changes take effect.

Continued use of our products after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
