VardoxenCreator and community

One community hub, in sync with Discord

A public community hub for streamer Vardoxen that pulls every channel and link into one place, with Discord sign in and a role-based admin dashboard.

Full-stackWebCommunity

The challenge

Vardoxen needed a single home for a growing community: every channel and social link in one place, a way to collect community submissions safely, and tools to run giveaways and thank supporters. Access had to follow the roles people already had in the Discord server, without a second login to manage.

What we built

  • Discord sign in, with server roles mapped straight to in-app permissions
  • A moderated, anonymous submissions board for the community
  • A role-based admin dashboard for sponsors, links, analytics and stream mode
  • Giveaways, a supporter wall and tracked outbound links
  • One shared database with the Vardoxen Discord bot so the site and bot stay in sync
  • A dark, mobile-first design with a 3D hero, built for accessibility

The outcome

vardoxen.tv is live as the community hub, with membership and permissions driven by Discord roles and kept in sync with the bot through a shared database, so the team manages everything from one place.
